Chatbots, User flows & E-Commerce.

The Tommy Hilfiger x Gigi Hadid campaign was a three phase campaign to launch a new collection from the pair.

 
 

Correcting the user flows for the chatbot.

One of my first tasks was to interrogate the sign up process that had been initially created and then visualise updates so that the correct flow could be built by the off-shore dev team.

Creating user flows for a Co-Creation campaign.

I supported the projects strategist in helping define the strategy for the Co-Creation workstream. This was to get local influencers to create content and push it to social, allowing users to go to a microsite and vote for content they enjoyed which would help curate the new Tommy x Gigi collection.

Prototyping the landing page experience

My other main task was to support design on the product landing page and create a Flinto prototype to display how the parallax scrolling could help bring the page to life. You can see the final prototype video below:
