Sketches
After auditing the initial application, we created a defined feature priority list and used our existing knowledge of the Brewdog ecosystem to start sketching out. screens for the MVP of the Brewdog app.
Flows
I created flows in a program called Overflow to help guide the developers and to help discuss with clients the core journeys for the app.
These proved useful in explaining the flow and sequence of screens to off-site teams and also key stakeholders who were not regularly available.
Prototypes
Based on the tight timelines of the project and it being a mobile application, the most useful way to present and supply interactions for our developers were in prototype form.
I created multiple journey prototypes and individual interaction videos that could be attached to Jira tickets for the development team to concentrate on.
Workshops
During the project myself and the team from TAB (Our development agency) would hold workshops to look at future features and gather priorities from the client team.
This would then be used to prioritise our design sprints and gauge scope for after the initial launch of the MVP.
